Position Description

District Manager position will be responsible for ensuring that sales teams meet or exceed sales and growth targets.  This position will be responsible for maximizing the sales team’s potential, through development and implementation of strategic sales strategies


  • Build and manage your own team
  • Develop, organize and lead a successful sales team
  • Train sales team to effectively and efficiently close deals
  • Organize and manage weekly correlation meetings with your sales team
  • Ensure all sales reps are following best practices and policies
  • Represent LGCY Power professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts proactively


  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision;
  • Previous experience in sales leadership position;
  • Knowledge of direct sales and/or solar industry preferred;
  • Strong decision making abilities;
  • Commitment to continuous learning and leadership development;
  • Proven ability to effectively manage, mentor, coach and develop sales reps;
  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Ability to manage time effectively;
  • Skill in prioritizing and managing multiple projects
  • Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation and smart phone (IOS preferred)
  • Prior experience in the sales industry
