Position Description:

As a Creative Director at LGCY Power you will oversee the overall development and implementation of the company’s creative strategy.  The Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content that tells the LGCY story and elicits a response.  This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a crucial role the overall company marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the creative strategy is aligned with company goals and standards
  • Effectively communicate creative strategy, guidelines and standards throughout the company to ensure consistency
  • Work with cross-functional teams/departments to ensure that designs are presented consistently
  • Collaborate with the sales, and marketing teams to translate marketing strategies into clear messages across all consumer touch-points including (i.e., retail, marketing, digital, events, PR, entertainment and corporate communications)
  • Deliver compelling presentations and campaigns that effectively deliver the LGCY story and ideas
  • Provide high-level concept guidance to optimize creative work
  • Lead creative development and presentation of new business campaigns
  • Develop toolkit and process to ensure consistent brand communications
  • Make improvements to the company's current digital asset management system or research and recommend other digital asset management options
  • Work with vendors to ensure all company materials and gear are consistent with company standards and are available as needed
  • Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to the culture of innovation
  • Remain current and communicate industry trends and techniques
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a creative leadership role
  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced understanding of marketing, advertising and technology
  • Proven track record of distinctive creative work that drives business success
  • Expert design or writing skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is preferred
