LGCY Power is a direct-sales engine that partners with the world’s best brands to deliver unparalleled results. Our process involves carefully choosing partners with whom we can add maximum value and then using our past experiences to tailor a custom program around their product. We then execute while making continual refinements until the results are nothing short of perfection.
Our mission is to provide an extraordinary customer experience while becoming the best version of ourselves and helping others do the same.
Lifestyle and income can both be great. You don’t have to sacrifice one for the other. LGCY Power has been named as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Utah by Utah Business Magazine and one of the Best Companies to Work for by Glassdoor.com.
As one sales rep said who switched to LGCY Power and solar sales "I am loving my new job. It’s a much better lifestyle. I’m able to have much more meaningful family time. I think it’s better for me to work year-round and have something to be working toward every month of the year instead of going hard and working too much for six months and then taking six months off. I find that that six months of downtime is not good for my emotional well-being. It’s nice to always be reaching for a goal. I have also found that the money I earn here is better. If I were to stop working today I would make more money than I did last year. It’s just funny because those guys told me I would take a pay cut when I switched to Solar. Thank you for creating the opportunity! My wife and kids really appreciate it and I myself really appreciate it."
The LGCY Foundation is the charitable arm of LGCY Power. Every quarter LGCY Power dedicates time and resources to support charitable causes and organizations such as local homeless shelters, Habitat for Humanity and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. In addition to these quarterly events, once a year the company organizes humanitarian missions to areas in need around the globe. Last year the company traveled to Thailand to help build playgrounds at elementary schools and in 2016 the team went to Peru to build ventilated ovens out of adobe brick in homes and to plant gardens in remote villages. LGCY Power founders Doug Robinson and Luke Toone got involved in providing service and helping make the world a better place early in their careers and really caught the vision of how important it is to give back. At LGCY Power we feel fortunate to be in a position to give back and have tied humanitarian and charitable efforts into our six leadership principles that guide the way we do business on a day-to-day basis.
